The pullback entry

Why we don’t chase, and where we get in.

Step by step

1. We’ve had the sweep and the CHoCH. It’s tempting to sell right now. Don’t chase it.
2. Wait for price to pull back up toward the level it just broke.
3. A candle turns back down. That’s the entry. You’re selling higher than the chasers, with a smaller stop.
4. The stop loss goes just above the sweep. If price gets back up there, the idea was wrong and you’re out with a small loss.
5. The target is at least three times the risk away. Here, price gets there.

Remember: Sweep, CHoCH, then wait for the pullback. Patience gets a better price and a smaller stop.
